Welcome to Oil & Linen. By using our website or booking and receiving our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings

All appointments at Oil & Linen are managed through MeQ, our booking platform. Additional terms and conditions may apply to bookings made through MeQ.

A booking is confirmed once you have received confirmation through the booking system.

2. Cancellations & Changes

Please refer to the cancellation and amendment policy shown at the time of booking through MeQ.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please do so through MeQ or contact us directly as soon as possible.

Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to charges in accordance with the applicable booking policy.

3. Arrival & Late Appointments

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide the full treatment where possible. However, the treatment may need to be shortened in order to avoid affecting the next appointment. The full treatment price may still apply.

4. Treatments & Personal Preferences

Our treatments are designed for relaxation, wellness and personal care.

Where relevant to providing your treatment, we may ask about preferences such as treatment pressure, preferred room, oils, scents or other treatment-related preferences.

Please inform us of any relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy or other circumstances that may affect the suitability of a treatment.

We may recommend modifying or declining a treatment where we reasonably believe this is necessary for your safety or the safety of our therapists.

5. Conduct

We are committed to providing a respectful and comfortable environment for everyone.

We reserve the right to refuse or end a treatment in cases of inappropriate, abusive, threatening or otherwise unacceptable behaviour.

6. Prices & Services

Our current prices and services are displayed on our website and/or through MeQ.

We may change our services, prices, availability or opening hours from time to time. The price applicable at the time of your confirmed booking will apply.

7. The Signature Pass

The Signature Pass includes four or eight 90-minute Signature massages. A four-visit pass is valid for 6 months and an eight-visit pass for 12 months, from the date of purchase. Visits not used within this period expire.

Each visit includes a credit towards extras: 200 THB with the four-visit pass and 300 THB with the eight-visit pass. The credit applies only to the visit at which it is used. It does not carry over, cannot be exchanged for cash and does not apply to the Full Ritual.

A pass visit can be upgraded to a 120-minute massage for an additional 400 THB. A pass visit can also be used towards the Full Ritual by paying the difference to the Full Ritual price.

A pass can be shared with other guests. Bookings are made with the pass holder’s name or pass code. A pass may not be resold.

A pass can be used at any time during opening hours, subject to availability. Where a lower price applies, such as Early Afternoon, the difference is not refunded.

Passes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The tip is not included. It is paid at each visit by the guest receiving the massage.

Cancellations and late arrivals follow sections 2 and 3. A visit cancelled late or not attended counts as used.

8. Personal Belongings

Please take care of your personal belongings during your visit. Oil & Linen cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings except where required by applicable law.

9. Liability

We take reasonable care to provide our services safely and professionally. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Thai law.

10. Website

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors or changes may occur.

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.

การนัดหมายทั้งหมดของ Oil & Linen จัดการผ่าน MeQ ซึ่งเป็นแพลตฟอร์มการจองของเรา การจองผ่าน MeQ อาจมีข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเพิ่มเติม

การจองจะได้รับการยืนยันเมื่อคุณได้รับการยืนยันผ่านระบบการจองแล้ว

2. การยกเลิกและการเปลี่ยนแปลง

โปรดดูนโยบายการยกเลิกและการแก้ไขการจองที่แสดงขณะทำการจองผ่าน MeQ

หากต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกการนัดหมาย โปรดดำเนินการผ่าน MeQ หรือติดต่อเราโดยตรงโดยเร็วที่สุด

การยกเลิกล่าช้าและการไม่มาตามนัดอาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายตามนโยบายการจองที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3. การมาถึงและการมาสาย

โปรดมาถึงก่อนเวลานัดหมายสักครู่

หากคุณมาสาย เราจะพยายามให้บริการทรีตเมนต์ได้เต็มเวลาเท่าที่เป็นไปได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม อาจจำเป็นต้องลดเวลาทรีตเมนต์ลงเพื่อไม่ให้กระทบต่อการนัดหมายถัดไป และอาจยังคงคิดค่าบริการเต็มราคา

4. ทรีตเมนต์และความต้องการส่วนบุคคล

ทรีตเมนต์ของเราออกแบบมาเพื่อการผ่อนคลาย สุขภาวะที่ดี และการดูแลตนเอง

ในกรณีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการ เราอาจสอบถามความต้องการของคุณ เช่น ระดับแรงกด ห้องที่ต้องการ น้ำมัน กลิ่น หรือความต้องการอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับทรีตเมนต์

โปรดแจ้งให้เราทราบถึงภาวะสุขภาพ อาการบาดเจ็บ อาการแพ้ การตั้งครรภ์ หรือสถานการณ์อื่นใดที่อาจส่งผลต่อความเหมาะสมของทรีตเมนต์

เราอาจแนะนำให้ปรับเปลี่ยนหรือปฏิเสธการให้บริการทรีตเมนต์ หากเรามีเหตุอันสมควรเชื่อว่าจำเป็นเพื่อความปลอดภัยของคุณหรือของนักบำบัดของเรา

5. ความประพฤติ

เรามุ่งมั่นที่จะสร้างบรรยากาศที่ให้ความเคารพและความสบายใจแก่ทุกคน

เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธหรือยุติการให้บริการ ในกรณีที่มีพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสม ก้าวร้าว ข่มขู่ หรือพฤติกรรมอื่นใดที่ไม่อาจยอมรับได้

6. ราคาและบริการ

ราคาและบริการปัจจุบันของเราแสดงไว้บนเว็บไซต์และ/หรือผ่าน MeQ

เราอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงบริการ ราคา การเปิดให้จอง หรือเวลาทำการเป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะใช้ราคา ณ เวลาที่การจองของคุณได้รับการยืนยัน

7. The Signature Pass

The Signature Pass ประกอบด้วยการนวด Signature 90 นาที จำนวน 4 หรือ 8 ครั้ง พาส 4 ครั้งมีอายุ 6 เดือน และพาส 8 ครั้งมีอายุ 12 เดือน นับจากวันที่ซื้อ ครั้งที่ไม่ได้ใช้ภายในระยะเวลาดังกล่าวจะหมดอายุ

ทุกครั้งที่มาใช้บริการจะได้รับเครดิตสำหรับบริการเสริม 200 บาทสำหรับพาส 4 ครั้ง และ 300 บาทสำหรับพาส 8 ครั้ง เครดิตใช้ได้เฉพาะครั้งที่มาใช้บริการนั้น ไม่สามารถสะสม แลกเป็นเงินสด หรือใช้กับประสบการณ์ครบทุกขั้นตอน (The Full Ritual) ได้

สามารถอัปเกรดเป็นการนวด 120 นาทีได้ โดยชำระเพิ่ม 400 บาท และสามารถใช้พาสกับประสบการณ์ครบทุกขั้นตอนได้ โดยชำระส่วนต่างจากราคาเต็ม

พาสสามารถแบ่งให้ผู้อื่นใช้ได้ การจองทำได้ด้วยชื่อผู้ถือพาสหรือรหัสพาส ห้ามนำพาสไปขายต่อ

พาสใช้ได้ทุกช่วงเวลาทำการ ขึ้นอยู่กับคิวว่าง หากช่วงเวลานั้นมีราคาที่ต่ำกว่า เช่น ช่วงบ่าย จะไม่มีการคืนส่วนต่าง

พาสไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินหรือแลกเป็นเงินสดได้

ราคาไม่รวมทิป ผู้รับบริการเป็นผู้ชำระทิปในแต่ละครั้ง

การยกเลิกและการมาสายเป็นไปตามข้อ 2 และ 3 การยกเลิกล่าช้าหรือการไม่มาตามนัดจะนับว่าใช้สิทธิ์ครั้งนั้นแล้ว

8. ทรัพย์สินส่วนตัว

โปรดดูแลทรัพย์สินส่วนตัวของคุณระหว่างการเข้ารับบริการ Oil & Linen ไม่สามารถรับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายหรือความเสียหายของทรัพย์สินส่วนตัวได้ เว้นแต่กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกำหนดไว้

9. ความรับผิด

เราใช้ความระมัดระวังตามสมควรในการให้บริการอย่างปลอดภัยและเป็นมืออาชีพ ไม่มีข้อความใดในข้อกำหนดนี้ที่ยกเว้นหรือจำกัดความรับผิดใด ๆ ซึ่งไม่อาจยกเว้นหรือจำกัดได้ตามกฎหมายไทย

10. เว็บไซต์

เรามุ่งรักษาข้อมูลบนเว็บไซต์ให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน อย่างไรก็ตาม อาจมีข้อผิดพลาดหรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงเกิดขึ้นได้เป็นครั้งคราว

เว็บไซต์อาจมีลิงก์ไปยังเว็บไซต์หรือบริการของบุคคลภายนอก เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหาหรือการดำเนินการของบุคคลภายนอก

11. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของกฎหมายแห่งประเทศไทย
