Settle in
Choose your PAÑPURI scent and talk through your preferences with your therapist. Shower, take a moment, and settle in. The room is quiet, the light low and warm.

Your massage
A warm towel to begin and ground the senses. PAÑPURI oil, fresh linen, and slow ambient sound, barely there. Every minute you book is spent on the massage itself.

Good to know before you come
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to guarantee your preferred time and therapist. Walk-ins are accommodated when availability allows.
How much time should I plan for my visit?
Arrive a few minutes before your appointment — everything you need is already prepared for you. Allow around 30 minutes in addition to your treatment time — approximately 15 minutes to settle in and 15 minutes after your massage to shower, have some tea and something light.
How do payment and gratuity work?
The deposit secures your time when you reserve. The remaining balance is paid at the studio before the massage by PromptPay or any card. Prices exclude gratuity. A minimum gratuity of 500 THB is paid directly to your therapist.
What's your policy on changes, cancellations, and late arrivals?
Changes are possible up to 4 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 4 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If you're running late, your treatment time is still reserved for you — arriving late will simply shorten it.
How do you handle privacy and discretion?
Discretion is part of how we work. There is no busy reception and no shared waiting area: we welcome you personally and take you straight to your private room. If you prefer, you can also use our back entrance, with parking on Si Lom Road. We ask only for what we need to reserve your time, and your details stay with us.
